VIP Services
At South Florida Cosmetic Dentistry, everyone is considered a VIP patient to us. When you arrive for your appointment you will be promptly greeted by our Patient Greeter who will notify the doctor/hygienist of your arrival.
If you are a new patient, you will meet Heather who is our New Patient/Guest Services Coordinator. (You most likely spoke with her on the phone to schedule your initial appointment.).
Our entire staff is ready to assist you and invite you to become a part of dental family!
We offer a full range of VIP services in our office to make every patient feel special. Some of the unique services/items we provide include (may be requested):
- Warm and Cold Beverages such as coffee, tea, iced tea, juice, gatoraid, Pelligrino, and Perrier.
- Food and snacks such as cookies, biscotti, cheese, crackers, and assorted pastries.
- DVD movie in the waiting room and videos in each operatory (to be selected by patient).
- New Patient Packet mailed directly to patient prior to scheduled appointment.
- Soft blankets for patients in operatories.
- IPOD Nano with pre-programmed relaxation music selected (ID card required to use).
- Concierge Services provided by Heather (Guest Services).
- Coming soon! –paraffin hand wax treatments and spa amenities.
Travel Dentistry
South Florida Cosmetic Dentistry has offices conveniently located in Boca Raton, FL, and Tamarac, FL. We not only have a large local client base, but we have many patients that travel here from other states in the US, and even internationally.
Over the past few years, due to the demand for exceptional cosmetic dentistry, many of our cosmetic and restorative dental patients have traveled here from abroad. We have many patients from the Caribbean Islands (including the Bahamas, the Virgin Islands, etc.) as well as many others who are traveling to South Florida from Europe, South America, or other countries, and want the best that cosmetic dentistry has to offer.
Many people like to combine their dental work with a vacation to sunny South Florida. Our office features concierge-like services where we can assist you upon your stay. Heather, our Guest Services Coordinator, can help make your visit to South Florida simple and stress-free by coordinating your travel schedule with your dental work.
We also have relationships with many upscale hotels and travel accommodations, as well spas, businesses, and local area attractions for you to visit while you are here.
